Recover keyed gaps without silently rewriting your history.

WatchFold starts with the newest archive, then contributes an older row only when a stable Trakt, IMDb, TMDB or event identity proves what it is. Every contribution keeps source provenance.

Safe workflow

1. Load 2–12 backup ZIPs and confirm which archive WatchFold selected as newest.
2. Inspect recovered counts, held ambiguous rows and newest-wins conflicts.
3. Download the repair pack with best-known unions and provenance JSON.
4. Review the offline HTML and machine audit before any manual import attempt.

What stays private

The ZIP bytes, filenames, watch history, lists, ratings and timestamps are parsed locally in your browser. They are not sent to a WatchFold content database.

Important limitation

The repair pack is not an official Trakt restore and is not automatically written to your account. Rows without stable identity are held instead of guessed; repeated-watch semantics may require manual review.
